Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT

Full payment MUST be received upon placing the order unless terms have been established. Payment can be made by check, credit card, or PayPal. Checks require 5 Business Days to Process. There is a $35.00 charge for returned checks. On delinquent (20 net term) accounts past 20 days overdue, all balances will incur a 1.5% per month fee. Any orders left unpaid over 30 days will be cancelled.

TURNAROUND TIMES

Turnaround times reflect an average completion time of normal orders. These times are not guaranteed. For guaranteed production dates please e-mail or call about our rush order services. Turnaround times are quoted in working business days. Weekends, Holidays and transit times are not included. PLEASE PLAN FOR TIME SENSITIVE JOBS IN ADVANCE. Typical turnaround: 2 weeks. Market turnaround: 4-6 weeks. Custom turnaround: 2-4 weeks after art approval (unless during market, then 4-6 weeks).

RUSH JOBS

All Rush orders will be subjected to a rush fee based on needed turnaround time and current workload. To discuss the actual rush charge please contact us via e-mail or phone. All rush orders must be noted in the special instructions field.

ORDER CHANGES

All changes made to the order after the order is placed/payment is received may incur additional charges.

SHIPPING

All shipping charges are an estimate and are charged upon placing an order. If you have a shipper account (FedEx or UPS) you can enter than in your account information and you will be charged via the carrier for the shipping charges.

PRICING

All prices are subject to change without notice. Mason Jar Label assumes no responsibility and shall incur no liability whatsoever if price change notices are not received. In the event of new federal or state taxes or legislation affecting the costs of products or items, Mason Jar Label reserves the right to increase prices as it deems appropriate or necessary. Merchandise is subject to change or withdrawal, or may be temporarily or permanently out of stock. We assume no liability for delays or failure to deliver due to our inability to obtain supplies.

BACKORDERS

From time to time, a particular color or style of shirt will be backordered through our supplier. In order to fulfill your order in a timely manner, we typically print the bulk of your order and ship it, crediting your the missing pieces. If the quantity deems to be a large amount, we will ship your order to you, and ship the backordered pieces when they become available. All items are priced at the time of fulfillment. There is no service charge for backorders and all backorders ship free freight when shipped within the Continental United States. Fulfillment of backorders is subject to the availability of Goods. We assume no liability for delays or failure to deliver due to our inability to obtain supplies.

RETURNS

If you find that an item is damaged, please contact us via email with a photo so we can check our quality control. We will issue you a credit for your future order. If a customer contacts you with a damaged item, please e-mail us the picture, size, color and design and the customers name and address and we will send a replacement shirt to your customer.

PRIVACY POLICY

We collect only the basic personal details (name, shipping and billing address, email address, etc.) required to:

  • process your order
  • provide customer support
  • allow you to use website functionalities
  • send you newsletter and special offers
  • list your on our website to help customers find you

Mason Jar Label may share your information only to process your order. That means sharing your information with shipping companies or payment processors to give you the best possible service. We will not trade, resell, sell, or redistribute information that you provide to us, to any other companies, organisations or individuals.
